Jim Zarvos serves as the president and founder of Paradigm Consulting International, a specialized consulting firm focused on executive coaching and the development of high-performance teams. Additionally, he is the co-founder of Zarvos Leadership & Coaching, an organization that provides a transformative coaching curriculum for individuals aspiring to achieve new levels of personal fulfillment and success.
 
Drawing from a wealth of experience, Jim has a proven track record of significantly enhancing individuals’ leadership abilities, communication skills, coaching proficiency, and their capacity to achieve unparalleled results.

THE MINDSET OF A LEADER

His impactful work has led to breakthroughs on both personal and organizational levels, collaborating with established and emerging companies such as JP Morgan Chase & Co, Careerbuilder.com, American Express, Eli Lilly, and Southwest Airlines. Currently, Jim is actively engaged in consulting and training initiatives in Spain and London.

Beyond his consultancy roles, Jim is featured in the film «The Absolute Answer to Everything» and is diligently working on his upcoming book, «The Absolutes of Leadership,» scheduled for publication in 2024. When not immersed in writing or facilitating transformative experiences, Jim finds joy in spending quality time with his wife, Nora, and their four children.
